Anon M5 Overview

The Anon M5 made the list as one of our best snow goggles of the 2023-24 season. One of the standout features is the new flat toric lens. If you're familiar with snow goggle lens shapes, you're likely familiar with both of these terms. However, you probably haven't heard them combined until now. Flat Toric is a mix between a toric lens and a cylindrical lens, giving you the best features from both shapes. It gives you the flatter style that a cylindrical lens has, offering that popular retro look. Cylindrical lenses curve horizontally around the face, not vertically. While cylindrical lenses are popular for their sleek aesthetics, they don't always offer the best optics. Toric lenses eliminate distortion in your view, including the periphery, offering a wide field of clarity. Therefore, the Flat Toric lens provides the optics you need with the style you want.

The Anon M5 is a frameless, or rimless goggle with a medium to large size fit. It features everything you expect from a quality goggle, including antimicrobial and sweat-wicking triple-layer face foam for comfort. The adjustable, silicon double-bead strap keeps the goggle securely in place when you're shredding down the mountain.

PERCEIVE Lenses

The M5 also comes with Anon's PERCEIVE lens technology. PERCEIVE lenses enhance contrast and clarity for a safer, more successful, and enjoyable ride. PERCEIVE lenses come in 3 weather condition categories: Sunny, Variable, and Cloudy. The Anon M5 comes with two lenses for different weather conditions.

MFI Technology

The M5 comes with MFI—Magnetic Facemask Integration, which is Anon’s proprietary tech that keeps your face and neck warm and protected while you ski or snowboard. The facemask has magnets that latch to the bottom of the goggle for easy attachment and removal. Check out our blog if you want to learn more about Anon’s MFI® technology.
